Strange Fashion: Canine Edition

A few days ago, I was strolling along Queen St. on my way to work, sipping my morning concoction - apple cinnamon tea (in case you're wondering...and I know you probably are), when it happened. I spotted something, let's just say "unreal" across the road. I quickly grabbed my phone to snap a pic. Yup, shutterbuggin' it - that's how odd it was. Now, I'm all for strange fashion, but this! This, no doubt, takes the cake. See for yourselves:
